The hotel's rooms were a letdown, far from the Dutch traditional decor promised online, and I struggled with the cold temperatures during my stay. However, the view from my room was a highlight. The service was mixed, with helpful staff accommodating our parking needs but also bordering on rude when it came to pricing for additional guests. The location was perfect for my needs, although maintenance issues were evident in the room. The dining experience was limited but served its purpose. Overall, the facilities were average.
